Submission Instructions

We invite original research papers that have not been previously published and are not currently under review for publication. EIFCom follows a double-blinded review process. Papers should contain original material that has not been previously published or currently submitted for consideration elsewhere. Papers should follow formatting guidelines and should be no longer than 6 pages (two-column, 10-point format) including references, figures, etc. Papers should not include the authors' names and affiliations for double-blind peer review by the program committee. All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings.

  • Submission Deadline: August 10, 2024 → September 3, 2024
  • Notification of Acceptance: September 5, 2024 → September 20, 2024
  • Camera Ready Submission: September 13, 2024 → October 1, 2024
  • Workshop Date: November 18, 2024
